Kako mogu da vas finansiram? Međukulturna analiza difuzije nagrada zasnovanih na aktivnostima grupnog finansiranja
Apstrakt
FinTek ili reorganizacija industrije finansijskih usluga, kao odgovor na nove finansijske tehnologije, pomaže da se zatvori jaz u finansiranju firme. Nove onlajn finansijske platforme, a posebno platforme za grupno finansiranje, koje karakterišu niže naknade za transakcije i novi načini i izvori informacija za merenje kreditnog rizika, olakšale su malim i srednjim preduzećima (MSP) da dobiju kredite. Iako je grupno finansiranje aktivno steklo popularnost širom sveta, nije bilo mnogo pokušaja da se rade međukulturalne studije; štaviše, da bi se
razumelo kako digitalna inovacija (npr. platforma za grupno finansiranje) dobija na širenju, snažno se predlaže međukulturna komparativna studija. Cilj ovog rada je da istraži uticaj koji nacionalne kulturne dimenzije Hofstedeovog okvira imaju na usvajanje grupnog finansiranja u zemljama širom sveta, takođe procenjujući inicijative za grupno finansiranje iz
međukulturalne komparativne perspektive. Da bismo testirali hipotezu istraživanja, originalni skup podataka koji je preuzeo statističar spojen je sa skupom podataka prikupljenim o varijablama kulturnih dimenzija. Rezultati pokazuju da distanca moći i individualizam negativno utiču na difuziju grupnog finansiranja, koji se, umesto toga, neguje dugoročnom
orijentacijom i muškošću. Ovi nalazi nude važne implikacije i za teoriju i za praksu.
