Indijsko nedavno predsedavanje G20: Nove paradigme u kulturnoj diplomatiji
Apstrakt
Integracija kulturne diplomatije sa javnom politikom postala je od interesa za spoljnu politiku, kako su se pojavile norme i vrednosti kao determinante projekcije moći. Od formalizacije „Meke moći“ od strane Džozefa Naja, dobila je izuzetan značaj u proučavanju „Moći“ i njenog uticaja na aktere. Istorijski gledano, kamen temeljac indijske analize meke moći
su svest o identitetu među široko rasprostranjenom dijasporom i indijski pristup partnerima Pokreta nesvrstanih kroz državni aparat. Indijsko predsedavanje G20 tokom 2023. godine prikazalo je indijske kulturne manifestacije, definišući njenu ulogu u pružanju rešenja i građenju konsenzusa, dok se obraćala svojim ključnim biračima. U radu se razmatra kulturna diplomatija tokom indijskog predsedavanja G20 tokom 2023. godine i kritični pokazatelji meke moći.
